Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges for wholesale orders within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Food items, final sale items, and specially ordered products are not eligible for return.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Process:
- All return requests must be approved in advance. Please contact our wholesale support team using our Contact Form. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and relevant supporting documentation.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Unapproved returns or returns sent without proper documentation will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
3. Costs:
- The wholesale partner is responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties, and any additional charges incurred during the return process.
- These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping costs, handling fees, and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
4. Refunds:
- After receiving the returned items, we will inspect them within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees are the responsibility of the wholesale partner.
- For approved returns, we will refund the purchase price minus any shipping, handling, or restocking fees.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide clear photos of the damage for our review.
- We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
- Please ensure proper packaging for returns. Damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging will void eligibility for refund or replacement.
6. Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error.
7. Exchanges:
- Exchanges for different products or sizes are treated as a return followed by a new purchase.
8. Bulk Returns:
- For large volume returns, please contact our wholesale team for special arrangements.
9. Seasonal and Discontinued Items:
- Seasonal and discontinued items may be subject to different return policies. Please check with our wholesale team for more information before initiating a return.
10. Refused Returns:
- Returns that do not meet these conditions, or are received in a damaged state due to improper packaging, will be refused and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
11. Force Majeure:
- We are not liable for delays in processing refunds or returns caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or unforeseen disruptions.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. This policy is subject to change, and the current version will always be available on our wholesale website.
